When Nexperia Newport (previously known as Newport Wafer Fab) needed a niche role filled and struggled to fill it with their own resources, IntaPeople were able to support them quickly and effectively. Nexperia Newport were struggling with a number of hard-to-fill Process Engineer positions which had the potential to delay customer projects significantly, which could in turn impact their profitability and market reputation.
