Agile Project Manager

Looking to work on innovative R&D projects from cradle to grave? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in ‘New Product Introduction’ to join a new PMO function as they continue to grow.

About the company:

• As the leading manufacturer within their field, they are globally recognized as being the best-selling brand for their well esteemed product. 
• They have a ‘Tech in Wales first policy’, ensuring all development is based in South Wales; this includes R&D, software development and electronics engineering. 
• As they have an end product, we’re looking for a similar background which includes liaising with stakeholders in a true Agile environment. 

About the role:

• Working alongside the Product Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of full ‘Go to Market’ plan and some more strategic projects too.
• This is a collaborative role where you will support the firmware team, the software team and the UX team; ensuring the teams are motivated and kept in the loop at all times.
• This requirement is more on the senior side, you’ll need to hit the road running and be comfortable working autonomously.

About you:

• As an experienced Project Manager with a background in electronics, manufacturing or a medical device/pharmaceutical product company, you will have a good understanding of sitting with different teams and how to communicate with technical and non-technical people.
• Communication is at the forefront of the Project Manager’s day-to-day, so you will be well versed in in stakeholder management as well as planning and project estimation techniques.
• Ideally you’ll be based in the South Wales area; the office is based in Caerphilly and this role requires regular face time in the office.
