Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor

We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environmental Advisor with a passion for creating safe work environments. You will take the lead on enhancing all Environmental, Health, and Safety systems within the business, to ensure they meet company goals and comply with all relevant regulations.

This is a stand alone position, looking after all EHS on site, but will have a lot of influence within the organisation, and you should be comfortable dealing with, influencing, and potentially challenging, everyone from shop floor through to board. Reporting directly into the Operations Director.

Experience:

• Experienced EHS Advisor/Manager
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• NEBOSH certificate
• Experience auditing/implementing ISO’s 14001, 45001, and/or 9001
• Excellent communication and influencing skills – experience dealing with employees at all levels
• Experience managing insurance/liability claims – i.e. accident investigations, risk assessments etc.
