Phase 1 – Building trust

We start the process of building trust with a review meeting to discuss your business goals and growth objectives, from here we will agree outcomes and resource needs. We will then produce a statement of work with agreed deliverables and SLAs to ensure we are on the same page in terms of standards and service, giving you peace of mind that your reputation will be protected.
Phase 2 – Account management
We will live and breathe your company values and culture, working together with you to achieve your business goals. You will have a dedicated account manager and key point of contact who will engrain themselves in your business and keep you consistently updated.
Phase 3 – Strategy and planning
We’ll work with your business to build a flexible talent strategy around your organisational needs, priorities, challenges and ambitions, helping you build a workforce of the future that delivers return on investment and secures business growth.
Phase 4 – Service support
We work tirelessly to develop trusted relationships from the outset, and we introduce best practice recruitment into your organisation. As part of our ongoing service support we take full ownership of job advert creation, the end-to-end recruitment process, offer negotiations and recruitment administration as well as providing ongoing employer branding support.
Phase 5 – Reporting and continuous improvement
We will provide you with highly comprehensive reports, making it far easier to understand what’s happening, what is and isn’t working and how things can be improved. These reports include monthly ratio reports and weekly activity reports that can be set against pre-agreed KPIs and SLAs to demonstrate how we are successfully delivering against each objective.
We will also have monthly and quarterly review meetings (depending on your requirements) to discuss progress and projected recruitment plans. By understanding your organisation, we can design a range of continuous improvement initiatives that take you on a journey of ongoing transformation.
Phase 6 – Additional service extras
